• You will be able to reschedule a reading, session, or choose a different spot in an event should you be unable to make it. We understand that life happens. Please give 24 hours notice if you need a postponement. However, in emergency situations, we can accommodate your request for a rescheduling.

• All services offered by Jessica/Jess, JessicaCaracciolo.com, her scheduling page and/or InspirationalSoulReadings.com are for entertainment purposes only.

• You have had the chance and taken the time to ask any and all questions, you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.

• Information that I receive through payments – such as identifying information, names, addresses, etc. – are NEVER ever shared with anyone, used or sold.

• I hold a very high confidentiality standard with regards to privacy.

• Your information is safe with me. Readings, client information, etc. is also never shared, sold, etc.

• In the event that I am concerned that you will harm yourself or others, I will use your information provided to contact a local authority for your safety and/or the safety of others.

• Your email address (if you signed up for emails) will be emailed a newsletter from time to time, but you can opt out at any time.

• Refunds: No refunds are offered for this service for any reason.

• If you change your mind or end up fixing the situation yourself, you can apply the money you paid towards another service on the website, or you can wait and use it for another question if one should arise.

• Privacy - I don't sell your information. I use your information to complete the services requested.

• Disclaimer: I am not all knowing. If, after the session I cannot fix the issue, you may still need to contact support for that provider. In this instance, because my time was given, I would still require payment and will not refund the session.
