When I do your reading, I transcribe it for you as if you were sitting in front of me. The transcription of the reading is what you receive via email. You receive all the information that comes through, but instead of the reading being face-to-face, I email it to you.

A psychic reading helps give you information pertaining to your life – usually looking into things like: love, relationships, money, career, jobs, moving, location, intuitive abilities, etc. This reading is a reading of your energy, aura, and the energy of your path, etc. A medium reading is my communicating with people who have passed on to give you messages, validation, closure and the like. A psychic medium reading includes both. My readings are usually about 70% psychic readings 30% mediumship. However it depends on the person and what they need to know from their guides.

Readings get done on a first come, first serve basis. This means the wait could be 24 hours, 2 weeks or more. If you are concerned about wait times, please email me to find out when you will receive your reading.

I do not offer refunds after a reading has been completed. It takes a lot of energy on my part, to do a reading. I cannot get back the energy I put into your reading. The money is an energy exchange that cannot be returned. Like I mentioned in the other question – give it time. If a reading doesn’t make sense, it will as time goes on. There is a short 12 hour window where you may request a refund – assuming the reading has not been started. If the reading has not been started, the request for a refund may be approved. If the reading has already been started, a refund will no longer be an option.

Not all readings will be “smack you on the face” clear. If a reading doesn’t totally make sense you can ask me to clarify it. This would not be the asking of any new information but more of trying decode the message(s). In the event you don’t like your reading or you feel like it just doesn’t pertain to you – give it time. As most of the readings are psychic in nature, this means some or most of the information may pertain to the future. So, over time the reading would make sense and you might look back on it and be like “hey! that makes sense.” I have had names come up that a client doesn’t know, only for it to end up an upcoming child, grandchild, etc. or someone who they end up meeting and end up close with. So, give it time.

You get all the information you would receive if the reading were in person. So, in that regard you aren’t missing anything. The benefits are: You get a transcription that you can save forever and refer back to. Usually after a reading over the phone or in-person, we tend to forget most of what we were told. You get clarification, in most circumstances, in case your reading is more of a puzzle than one that is “smack you in the face” clear. You have communication with me. With most psychics of any kind, you get a customer service or administrative person when you reach out to them. In this instance, you always reach me directly and get responses from me. You know the reading is more legit because you aren’t sitting in front of me. I cannot get non-verbal or verbal validation as the reading unfolds. I essentially do readings blind. I have nothing to work with.

Yes. Most of the services I used to offer, are still available upon request. All you need to do is email me and ask for that service. The pricing may be different depending on which service it is, but we can make something work for both of us. Then I will invoice you for payment. Once payment is made, then the service will be completed.

A card reading is simply my drawing cards and creating a card spread that is made up of cards intuitively chosen for you by your guides and mine. Then I interpret your card spread and channel information for you. Lastly, I email the reading to you.

This is my channeling information for you from your guides and loved ones on the other side. This information is separate from any questions you order and have answered by me. I consider this providing you with information you NEED to know.

This is my drawing and interpreting oracle or tarot cards for you pertaining to your life situation. I will draw cards from a deck of your choosing (or you can have me choose for you using my intuition.) Then I will interpret the spread for you. I will also provide you with a photo of your card spread for reference.

This is your asking to have specific questions answered during your reading. You may opt to only have questions answered for your reading, and I will answer them accordingly. This provides you with information you WANT to know. Please only ask the number of questions you purchase. I will only answer the specific number of questions ordered.

Wisdom Cards are different from oracle or tarot cards in that they provide you with things like: mantras, affirmations, prayers, mudras, and the like. Think of these like tools that help guide you through your day and help you live in line with what you truly want. You may opt to get a reading that only provides you Wisdom Cards. Simply select “No” on all other options in the dropdowns.

After a reading has been purchased and the reading has been completed and sent to you – you may email me with a request for clarification. Clarification is my helping you make sense of information given to you during the reading. I will only be reiterating what came out during your reading but worded differently to make it easier to understand. Only one (1) clarification email will be followed up on. Questions about the reading and how they pertain to other areas of your life are considered additional readings.

After you purchase your reading, an order confirmation will be sent to you immediately. Upon receiving your order, I will contact you myself to confirm your order, usually within 24-48 hours. If I need information from you, I will request it then. Information I need to know: If the reading is for the same person who bought it or if it is a gift. If the reading includes cards: Which card deck you chose from the list (or if you want me to choose for you using my intuition) If you want this reading to be specific to one or two topics. (Please see the list of available topics.) Specific topic readings like “Medical Intuitive”, “Past Life”, etc. are excluded. Your questions (if you purchased any) And where to email your reading to.
