How it works: After purchase, please email me with a few dates and times you are available to chat over phone/video. I will use Google Meet for our chat either way. All you need are speakers and microphone. You can also use video during the session as well as share your screen so you can show me the issue.
 
Refunds: No refunds are offered for this service for any reason.
 
If you change your mind or end up fixing the situation yourself, you can apply the money you paid towards another service on the website, or you can wait and use it for another question if one should arise.
